The types of power adapters include home appliances power adapters, IT power adapters, LED power adapters.
Power adapter certification: UL,FCC,CB, PSE, KC,CE,GS,BIS, RoHS, SASO, SAA etc certifications.
Power adapter inspection standard:
Domestic standard: GB4943.1-2011, GB4706.1-2005, GB4706.1-2005, GB8898-2011
International standard: EN60335.1, IEC60335.1, J61558, J60335, IEC62321-2008, IEC601558.1, IEC60065 power adapter core parts mainly include: transformer, PCB board, photoelectric coupler, shell.
Scope of testing and certification of power adapter core parts:
1. Transformer random test: if the power adapter applies for any certification, if the transformer does not have CQC certification, it needs to do random test.
2. Random test of PCB board: If the power adapter applies for any certification, if the PCB board does not have UL, VDE or CQC certification, it should be randomly tested.
3. Random test of the enclosure: if the power adapter applies for any certification, such as no-work certification of the enclosure, random test is required.
4. Photoelectric coupler random test: power adapter to apply for any certification, such as photoelectric coupler without CQC certification, need to do random test.
